Kaden was initially imported in the 2006 Steeplechase Promotion Auction run by Kaitlyn. Kaden then left HF with owner Kaitlyn, when Kaitlyn left HF and came to form ER. Sire Jimmy Lorenzo is a Great Britain stud who won 5 of 11 starts in his race day. Dam sire, Lorenzaccio (a chestnut born in 1965 with a race career of 24 Starts, 7 Wins, 6 Places, 4 Shows), qualifies this sire to show in the Irish Horse Association seeing as he was born in Ireland, but out of a French stud, Klairon. Klairon's sire Clarion was by Djebel who boasts an amazing race record of 15 Wins, 3 Places, 1 Shows Career Earnings: 3,567,760 in a total of 17 starts. He was out of the ever amazing Tourbillon which isn't seen too commonly in HF. The most well known line of Tourbilon in HF is Xpedious, who resides at The Matuchie Estate, and was imported in 2008. Kaden's temperment is strong but sweet, and while gelding is common, the procedure still causes discomfort and sometimes risks. With this boy's temperment, even if never bred, we wouldn't geld him. While he resides at TME, we will be entering him in Novice Event classses, however we're hoping he can find a home where he will become a concentration in the barn. |
